Group A

1. find available URL, make your blog title the same as the URL
2. make the first post describe what this blog is about, relate writtings to your URL or blog title
3. decide a layout ( especially external ones )
4. add Analytic to track viewers

Group B

1. add Adsense and other non conflicting advs ie. Nuffnang
2. burn blog to FeedBurner
3. build site map ( google web tools ) = Submit sites to search engine
4. Participate in forums
5. participate in auction sites if appropriate ebay, lelong, ibeli
6. social webs ie. twitter, facebook, friendster etc.

Options from A1

1. Try other URL or domain names by adding dash, underscore etc. For example, bestBlogTips can also be best-blog-tips, best_blog_tips, bestBlogTipsTopics etc.
2. decide one main blog, then mention in all other 'backup' blogs to view the main blog
